Full / Double Quilt
A quilt sized for a full or double bed, typically 80×96 inches.
A full-size (or double) quilt fits a full mattress (54×75 inches). Standard finished size is approximately 80×96 inches with decent side drops. Full mattresses were the American standard for most of the 20th century and many traditional quilt patterns were designed to fit this size. Full quilts require significantly more fabric and assembly time than throw quilts and are typically more advanced projects.
