Errata are published corrections to mistakes in a quilt pattern — a cutting chart with the wrong dimensions, a reversed template, yardage that comes up short, or a missing step. Designers and publishers post corrections, but they're scattered across dozens of websites and often disappear when a site closes. This index collects them in one place, each linked to its official source.

Because the most expensive pattern mistakes are cutting mistakes. If a chart says 2½" where the math needs 3½", you find out after cutting into your fabric. Checking a pattern's errata page takes thirty seconds and can save yards of fabric — make it a habit for any new pattern, like pre-washing.
