The beloved Sunbonnet Sue has been a quilting icon since the early 1900s. This applique block features a little girl in a bonnet and dress, customizable with endless fabric and embellishment choices.
Cotton quilting fabric, fusible web, embroidery floss, buttons optional
Trace Sue template pieces onto fusible web. Fuse to fabrics and cut out. Layer pieces on background block: dress, arm, bonnet, shoe. Blanket stitch or satin stitch edges.
