Two Thimbles Quilt Shop

Two Thimbles Quilt Shop started as a storefront in Bellingham back in 2007, and in 2021 it made the move to online-only — which for a shop built around reproduction fabric turns out to work rather well, since so much of that shopping is about hunting down a specific print rather than browsing a wall in person.

Civil War-era reproduction prints are the specialty here, the small tightly-packed calicos and indigo-and-madder prints that reproduction quilters go looking for and don't always find at a general fabric shop. They also run a monthly fabric subscription and will do personalized fabric pulls if you tell them what you're working on and what's already in your stash.

For reproduction-fabric lovers anywhere in the country, Two Thimbles is worth bookmarking even though there's no longer a storefront to walk into.
