Superbuzzy

Superbuzzy has been curating Japanese import fabric and modern quilting cottons out of Ventura since 2006, and curating is the right word — this isn't a shop trying to stock everything, it's one built around a considered eye for prints you won't find at the big precut warehouses.

If you've gone looking for Japanese cotton — the tight-woven, small-scale prints that read completely differently from American quilting cotton — Superbuzzy is one of the more reliable sources online, and has been for close to two decades now. The precuts and kits built from that inventory make it easy to bring a bit of that aesthetic into a project without sourcing every print yourself.
