Patches Quilting & Sewing

Patches Quilting & Sewing has been anchoring Main Street in Mount Airy since 2003, and in that time it's built up a fabric wall that runs past 5,000 bolts — enough that you can walk in with a half-formed idea for a quilt and walk out with a full stash to make it happen.
