A showstopper medallion block featuring a large eight-pointed star that radiates from the center. The diamond shapes create a stunning starburst effect, especially in graduated colors.
Cotton quilting fabric, batting, thread, 45-degree diamond ruler
Cut 8 sets of diamonds in graduated colors. Sew diamonds into star points, then join points into halves, then the full star. Set in corner triangles and squares.
