Bento Block

Description

The Bento Box quilt block gets its name from the traditional Japanese bento box, with its separate compartments for different foods. The quilt block mimics that divided, geometric look and is closely related in construction to Courthouse Steps and Log Cabin-style piecing. It's a simple block, but when several are put together, they create a really fun interlocking design
